The Global Education Center at Chonnam National University (Director: Won-Il Cho) organized the “Hello, CNU!”exchange event on March 28 at the Global Lounge of the Yeosu Campus. Around 50 international and Korean students joined the program.

This event was designed to help new international students adapt smoothly to campus life and to encourage interaction between international and Korean students. Participants enjoyed a campus tour and mission-based activities that made it easier to get familiar with the university environment. They also had the chance to engage in fun games and cultural exchange activities, creating meaningful connections with peers from different backgrounds.

A French exchange student who attended the event said, “It was a very meaningful experience to communicate with Korean friends in different languages.”

Director Won-Il Cho remarked, “We will continue to provide diverse programs that allow international and Korean students to understand each other’s cultures and grow together, while further strengthening their global competencies.”
